Faith Early Learning Christian Academy is a Christ-centered K-12 school dedicated to equipping students with academic excellence, strong character, and a deep relationship with God, empowering them to fulfill their God-given purpose and make a lasting impact in the world.

Meet Our Team
Pastor Tiffanie Brown has faithfully pastored Faith Celebration Church in Lakeland, Florida alongside her husband, Bishop Joel Brown, for the past 13 years. She carries a unique anointing for Word and worship, and a mandate to equip and train others to walk in their Kingdom identity. Her and Bishop Joel's ministry has been marked by a deep passion to build up leaders and create a space where people can grow in their personal relationship with God. Faith Celebration Church is known as an equipping center — rooted in Spirit and truth and existing to bring others into a deeper relationship with God.
In addition to her pastoral work, Pastor Tiffanie and her husband are committed to academic excellence. Pastor Tiffanie holds a degree in education and has received numerous recognitions including Teacher of the Year, while Bishop Joel Brown brings a strong academic foundation having attended law school and seminary. They are both currently pursuing doctorate degrees in ministry. Pastor Tiffanie is an experienced educator and leader, having served in various leadership roles within the school system before transitioning into full-time ministry. She has led turnaround efforts in challenging school communities, demonstrating both spiritual and educational leadership.
